2. Product and Price Information

The main characteristics, quantity, packaging, colour and VAT-inclusive sales price of the purchased products are shown on the product page and in the order summary at checkout. Shipping and delivery fees, if any, are shown separately at checkout and added to the total. Advertised prices are valid until updated; the price at the time of ordering applies.

3. Payment

Payment is made by credit card, debit card or other payment methods offered on the site. Card details are not stored by Saif; payments are processed securely through the infrastructure of a licensed payment institution. Conditions for instalment payments are shown at checkout.

4. Delivery

We deliver to all 81 provinces of Türkiye. Products are sent to the address given in the order through a contracted cargo company. Shipping is free for orders of 500 TL and above; for orders under 500 TL the shipping fee is 200 TL and is shown at checkout. Depending on stock, orders are usually delivered within 3–5 business days and delivery does not exceed 10 days. In any case, delivery does not exceed the statutory period of 30 days from the order date. Orders requiring a custom colour mix may take longer to prepare; in that case the buyer is informed.

5. Right of Withdrawal

The buyer may withdraw within 14 days of receiving the product, without giving any reason and without paying any penalty. Notice of withdrawal can be given by e-mail to [email protected] or in writing. If the right of withdrawal is exercised, the product is returned within 10 days of the notice, unused and unopened. The price is refunded to the original payment method within 14 days at the latest after the product reaches Saif.

6. Cases Where the Right of Withdrawal Does Not Apply

Pursuant to Article 15 of the Regulation on Distance Contracts, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for products specially tinted or mixed at the buyer's request; for products that have been opened or used, or whose return is unsuitable for health and hygiene reasons once the lid has been opened; and for products that have been mixed with other products after delivery.
