Cancellation and Return Policy
Order Cancellation
You can cancel your order before it is shipped by contacting us on +90 216 593 25 14 or at [email protected]. The amount of a cancelled order is refunded to the card or account used for payment within 14 days at the latest. The time it takes your bank to reflect the refund may vary.
Right of Withdrawal (14 Days)
You can return the product without giving a reason within 14 days of receiving it. The product must be unused, with its lid and packaging unopened.
Non-returnable Products
- Products specially tinted or mixed for you
- Products whose lid or packaging has been opened, or which have been used
- Products that have been mixed with other products
How to Return
1. E-mail your order number and return request to [email protected].
2. Prepare the product in its original packaging so that it cannot leak; Saif will collect it from your address on the agreed day.
3. Once the product reaches us and has been checked, the refund is made within 14 days at the latest.
For returns under the right of withdrawal, collection from your address is free of charge.
Damaged or Defective Products
If you notice crushing, breakage or leakage on the packaging at delivery, do not accept the product and report it to the courier. If you notice a manufacturing defect, report it with photos to [email protected]; you can exercise your rights to replacement, refund or free repair. In this case, transport costs are borne by Saif.
