Privacy and Personal Data Protection Notice
This notice has been prepared by SAİF ARNA İNŞAAT MALZEMELERİ VE TURİZM İŞLETMECİLİĞİ SANAYİ VE TİCARET LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ ("Saif"), as data controller, to inform you about how your personal data is processed under the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK).

2. Personal Data Processed
Identity data (name, surname and, where required, Turkish ID number), contact data (phone, e-mail, address), customer transaction data (order, invoice and delivery details), tax details for invoicing, messages sent through the contact form, and cookie and transaction security data related to the use of the site (IP address, browser information).
Your card details are not seen or stored by Saif; payments are processed through the infrastructure of a licensed payment institution.
3. Purposes of Processing
Receiving, invoicing and delivering orders; handling returns and complaints; responding to requests for quotes, samples and application support; fulfilling legal obligations (tax, commercial and consumer legislation); ensuring site security and improving our services; and, where you have given explicit consent, sending campaign and information messages.
4. Legal Grounds and Method of Collection
Your personal data is collected electronically via the website, e-mail, phone and contact forms, and processed on the legal grounds set out in Article 5 of the KVKK: the establishment and performance of a contract, compliance with legal obligations, legitimate interest and, where necessary, explicit consent.
5. Transfers
Limited to the purposes above, your data may be transferred to cargo and logistics companies, payment institutions, e-commerce infrastructure and cloud service providers, financial and legal advisers and, upon request, to authorised public authorities. Where the servers of infrastructure providers are located abroad, transfers are made in accordance with Article 9 of the KVKK.
6. Retention Period
Your personal data is kept for as long as required by the purpose of processing and for the retention periods set out in the relevant legislation; at the end of that period it is deleted, destroyed or anonymised.
7. Cookies
Our site uses cookies for its basic functions and to measure visit statistics. You can delete or block cookies at any time from your browser settings.
8. Your Rights
Under Article 11 of the KVKK, you have the right to learn whether your personal data is processed; to request information if it has been processed; to learn the purpose of processing; to know the third parties to whom it is transferred; to request correction if it is incomplete or inaccurate, and deletion or destruction when the conditions are met; to object to a result against you arising from analysis by automated systems; and to claim compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing.
